Operating from out network of service centers we provide our customers with solutions that leverage our proprietary testing and repair technology to accurately and efficiently manage returned devices. For more complex repairs we leverage our low-cost repair locations so we can maintain the perfect balance of speed and cost that is right for each customer. Our custom kitting resources also allow us to effectively fulfill direct to customer and bulk product orders to ensure a positive end-customer experience.
Our general electronics hardware repair services also leverage our service center network to offer our OEM customers the technical skills and responsiveness that is required to service and repair complex electronics hardware for customers from a wide range of industries including Medical, Industrial, and Analytical equipment.

Company History

Contec enjoys a wealth of experience and expertise in technology supply chain solutions since our founding in 1978 when Ben Price established Brad Cable in Schenectady, NY to repair analog and cable set-top boxes.
Over the 40 years since our founding, Contec continues to grow and expand its customer relationships and invest in its people, products and technologies.

In the last few years Contec's leadership has set in motion a new phase of growth built on core competencies in repair, test, reverse logistics and order fulfillment for electronics hardware used in a broad range of vertical markets.

Binding these market strategies together are core principles that place meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations as fundamental to the success of our commitment to our employees, investors and partners.
